Shipping & Delivery Information
Thank you for choosing AJ Morgan Eyewear. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for detailed information.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations & Transit Times
We currently offer shipping within the United States. Please see estimated delivery times below. These are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delays can occasionally occur with carrier services.
- Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days): Free on all orders.
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days): A flat fee of $15.00.
Please note that transit times begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date the order is placed.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via Standard Shipping. Please note that expedited shipping options are not available for these addresses.
Undeliverable Packages & Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by you. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Please note that additional shipping fees will apply for re-shipping.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipment.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer shipping outside of the United States.
Damaged or Lost Packages
AJ Morgan Eyewear is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit by the shipping carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a trace or claim for any lost or damaged shipments. We will, however, provide reasonable assistance in facilitating the process.
