At AJ Morgan Eyewear, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any initial and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as prescription lenses, contact lenses, or items marked as final sale. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

How to Return an Item
To start a return, please visit our website and navigate to the Returns section. You will need your order number and email address. Follow the instructions to initiate the return process and receive a return authorization and shipping instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect all orders before shipment. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or return and provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
